I am having trouble logging into my account

If you've purchased any Different Company product and can't find it, or are having difficulties logging in, give these troubleshooting tips a try:

  1. Make sure you're logging in with the same email you used at checkout
  2. Select the "Forgot Password" option at login
  3. If an automated password reset email isn't sent to you, this might be a case of a typo in your email address or unexplained tech gremlin. Reach out to concierge@differentcompany.io and we will get any errors fixed and logins working asap for you.
