I am having trouble logging into my account
If you've purchased any Different Company product and can't find it, or are having difficulties logging in, give these troubleshooting tips a try:
- Make sure you're logging in with the same email you used at checkout
- Select the "Forgot Password" option at login
- If an automated password reset email isn't sent to you, this might be a case of a typo in your email address or unexplained tech gremlin. Reach out to concierge@differentcompany.io and we will get any errors fixed and logins working asap for you.
